“I would like to share with whoever books with this hotel, a very moving experience! I had left by accident a cosmetic bag with quite a few pieces of valuable jewellery in the room I had stayed. When in Santa Rosa de Cabal I realised that my jewellery was missing I called the hotel in case I had left it there as I wasn't sure where I had lost it, the lady who does the cleaning and cooking answered the phone and told me that she had found it! I couldn't believe her honesty as this type of thing doesn't happen often! Many many thanks again! I'm very grateful!!”
