“We booked a deluxe twin room but got a deluxe triple room, so happy with it. The room is quite spacious with 15-16 tv channel (got Disney junior for our toddler), staff responded fast to our need. The breakfast was just so-so, not many varieties, can be upgraded in the future, but overall okay. The hotel staff is so friendly, greet us every time bumped in..haha”

“The room is spacious. The staffs are very friendly, kind, considerate & helpful. As I complained of the noise next day, the manager Mr. Wincent gave us another room and it was more than I deserved, a big suite room with no additional charge, and it was my biggest 70th birthday present. Ms Lyaa, a young receptionist came and helped me with Grab, though I didn't even asked for help to take a taxi. She just heard my wife and I was talking about taking a taxi. By that time I didn't have even heard of Grab, but she taught me how to loaddown the app. & how to use it. Ever since I am using the app. & will use it while staying in Malaysia. Whenever I call a taxi, I thank her for her kindness. Ms Lily Boon and Adie & other staffs were very friendly, I appreciate it what they've done for me. Thank you Casa Bonita!!”
“Spacious room. Reasonable with the price. A good place to stay with big family with minimum budget. Is just that they do not provide fridge, swimming pool and free in-room wifi. The rest are just fine with me. Near to Bandar Hilir and if you don't feel to have hotel breakfast, there's a stall in front of the hotel by walking distance.”
