“The facility was new, opened in March, 2017. Everything was in excellent condition. The staff was very attentive. The desk staff: Emily, Brandon, Jennifer, Raquel, and Samantha were such a pleasure to meet and greet us every day we walked by the desk. They helped us with every request we asked of them. Our dogs got dog toys and treats from the staff. Stephanie, head of housekeeping was very accommodating to our schedule.”
