- According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents.<br><br>All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. “Fiquei hospedado nos dias 14/11 até dia 19/11, o quarto é bem amplo, com ar condicionado e uma bela Vista, tinha um espaço com uma mesa, aonde foi bem útil eu pudi usar meu notbook e fazer alguns trabalhos, o café da manhã é excelente com muitas variedades, o Borboun oferece também translado gratuito até a praia mesmo eu não tendo tempo de usar, isso com certeza faz toda a diferença. O espaço da piscina é muito bom, porém faltou um bar da piscina.”
