“It's a mountain resort. Just minutes from grandfather mountain, about 50 minutes from watauga lake in Tennessee. They have many activities to keep the entire family busy without leaving! We stayed 5 nights and never got bored and no one wanted to go home! Highly recommend this resort for the entire family! Staff was friendly and helpful. It was clean and comfy. We had a condo, and everything we needed was provided except the food. Dishes, pots and pans, silverware, mixers, toaster, everything was there! Food lion is literally 2 minutes drive away. Also restaurants if you don't want to cook. Italian, Chinese, subway. A coffee shop, which there are coffee pots in the rooms with coffee to get you started. Just around the corner. Great for all ages. My parents came with and 3 nephews, 11, 14, 15 years of age. They had a blast. Fun for everyone. Beautiful place!! We all loved it!”
“The decor was cabin woodsy. Very comfortable from the fireplace (gas) to the views from the balcony it was very relaxing. We did not swim or use the exercise room, but they looked inviting. Really enjoyable spot, will return.”
