“The staff were helpful and nice. They sent us an email before our arrival day telling us which exit we can use if we have a lot of luggage. We had a problem in travelling to the hotel. We sent them an urgent email to seek help. They gave us a quick reply which made us feel relaxed. We really want to thank their staff very much. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. We could have delicious dinners even when we returned to the hotel at about 10 pm. The breakfast was good.”
