“Front staff acting cold and unfriendly. Cleaners very speaking very loud in the morning. (Yelling from one room to another) Maintenance staff started sanding and repairing our hallway door at 8am. Also swearing on the phone call in his converesation. (F..words) this was some time after we asked him to keep the noise down, so he did know we were there. Shuttle bus driver was great.
