Very impressed with how efficiently the Resteraunt staff dealt with the coach load of Japanese tourists who ALL turned up for breakfast at one minute before the advertised breakfast time!”

“A really nice comfortable hotel. What makes the difference were the staff, who recognised me even though I had stopped travelling regularly there more than 2 years ago . Hotel very clean, room comfortable. several eating options. I chose the main restaurant . Food was good and delivered promptly. Breakfast next morning was excellent buffet. Overall a very satisfying visit.”
“Great hotel and good value. Didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment on the quality of food or service. Overall, I'd rate this hotel very highly because of the points outlined below. Polite, helpful staff. Nicely appointed rooms. Very good wifi signal. Comfortable bed. Room temperature good - just right for me - not too cold or too hot. Quiet rooms - no noise from neighbours or corridor. Excellent shower with good water pressure - unlike some of the other major chains who use water limiters (on the basis of "saving the environment".....hog wash.....they just use them to boost their own profits, in my opinion). Good location - easy to access Ashton, Manchester, plus the M60 and beyond.”

“There was a Halloween ball on the night we stayed (we were guests) but as we arrived later than planned the car park was full, we improvised with parking next to the fountain near the entrance, told the desk staff and they were fine about it. There was also a wedding reception so that increased the number of cars. Room was nice and clean. Paid extra for breakfast which was lovely although a bit pricey and long walk when hung over to the dining room”
“The breakfast was nice and the property itself was very good. Went to town to deal with a quick business thing and didn't have the time to find a perfect hotel, so I went with Best Western. In the end, it was a great surprise. Very friendly staff, very clean, good room / shower and decent breakfast. I would go back.”
