“The staff was excellent. Our stay was excellent. After we arrived home, we discovered our granddaughter had left her little purse. She was so sad especially since she had just received it as a gift the day before our stay. I called the hotel expecting to get bad new that it was not found, etc. The lady I spoke to was so kind and even identified the little purse. With a small postage fee, the staffer was more than happy to put the purse in the mail the next day for us. What could have been a catastrophe for a little girl, turned out to be a great relief...crisis averted! Thank you!”
