“Well, when I arrived at the hotel to check in (which I did onbooking.com) they did not show a reservation for me! Shocked! I showedthem my confirmation email and the confirmation number and still noreservation for me! The worst part....the hotel was booked and Icouldn't get ahold of booking.com to help me with the matter. I wason hold forever which was very discouraging and finally gave up andsent them an email (they replied the next day and was like sorry wewill resend your information to them. Wow not what I expected to hearback very poor customer service)!! Needless to say, they gave me a room(not the one I booked with booking.com) but they did not let me walkaway!! I am very grateful to the staff at Baymont Inn for going aboveand beyond and making room for me! I highly recommend this hotel. Theroom was amazing...so clean and extremely comfortable! The breakfasthad something for everyone and it was just a very nice environment!!!Thanks so much!”
