“The mattress was not good, the room was small & unfinished. Mirrorhad been replaced, not painted where the old one had been. New showerhead was mounted in a different place than old one, hole underneathwhere the previous shower head had been. The smell in the room wasunbearable, we tried to air out by leaving the windows open with noluck. If there had been other rooms available in a different hotel wedefinitely would have checked out. Upon checkout we told the youngladies at the front desk, they told us to call the manager on Monday. Wespoke with the manager & he offered a free night's stay, are youkidding we'll never again stay in a Baymount! Finally settled on 20%off. The way that room smelled the manager should have given us all ourmoney back.”
