“Wanted to spend a day in the Hocking Hills. It was rainy and cold, but we went over there (nearby) but didn't walk (we're in our 80's). Probably go back this summer.”
“I reserved a room and received a suite for the price of a room. comfortable and specious.”
“The pool was large and heated, the facilities were modern and felt comfortable. The staff always answered promptly and with valueable information. The amenities were nice.”
“Liked that Hocking Hills was within a 10 mile drive along with the other caves.”
“Room was clean, carpet very clean. Breakfast was served longer than most motels.”
“Conveniently located for our Hocking State Park activities.”
“Staff was friendly, available, and helpful. Breakfast was OK. Toaster waffles and french toast were in zip lock bags floating in ice, so therefore soggy. Fresh fruit was also in ziplock bags and always plentiful supply. Pool, hot tub, and grounds were also clean and well maintained.”
“The location was great for activities after meetings. There is a canoeing and kayaking livery behind the property along with an ice cream store, an Amish-style restaurant and buffet, a glass ware outlet, an antiques mall and an Amish-style deli and bulk food store. Walmart and other stores are located on the other side of the highway. The hotel is located about one half mile from the Hocking Hills visitors information center, and not far from Old Man's Cave in the Hocking Hills State Park, zip lining, hiking and other activities. The pool and hot tub can be viewed from the front desk. The parking was plentiful and the rooms were clean. We didn't hear noise at night.”
“The staff was friendly. The pool was nice and the location good.”
