“I had to arrive earlier to the city, therefore I asked them if it could be possible to do my check in at 8:00 am. Without any doubts they helped me and this was possible to be done. The staff is simple amazing! Friendly always, they give you this feeling you know them since years ago. Very kind and respectful. They organize my taxi to pick me up at the airport. Believe me, Diomedes (the cab driver) is a very nice man, with the one you can talk all the time about the city, the places where to go and the life in Bucaramanga. The hotel is localized in a very nice area, close to it you can find shopping centers, nice restaurants and a beautiful park some blocks away. The room has the perfect size and the bed was really comfortable. The were no noise at the room's area, therefore it was very quite, and it was possible to sleep very well. Everything is so clean! Lovely!”
