“availability of free tea and coffee 24hrs. Sufficient pillows on the beds.”
“The bed was hard, I (56), did not sleep well, neither did my daughter (13). Noisy guests ruined one night completely, offered free drinks as recompense the following day, tea and coffee were free anyway, so, not impressed by that. The last morning of our stay was absolutely shattered by loud drilling and thumping noises coming from adjoining room, enough to make our entire room shake, then on other floors/rooms. This was at 8.30am, after a late night, this was not appreciated by us at all. Maintenance like this should perhaps be carried out later in the morning, say around 10.30am? Just as a suggestion. Pleased that we had until noon to vacate our room, and welcome to stay in the reception area. Hot chocolate in the machine was good, (daughter tells me), however, no soya milk offered for vegans, (like me). Ate out at relative's house nearby, so no experience of the food offered. Room service available, but a little pricey, we thought.”

“Nice hotel just off the highway with easy access to the city and Alhambra (if you can get in!!!). friendly staff, clean room and nice breakfast. Next to shopping mall and 2 grocery stores around the corner.”

Small thing but very nice! * Nice modern rooms, enough sockets and also table to do some work * Great continental breakfast for vegans! Fruit, soy milk and vegan spreads for toast. Awesome!”
