“The location is wonderful with so many stunning drives and villages in the Haute Savoie Region. Just 25 minutes from Lac Leman, Vailly is a pretty town nestled amongst the most spectacular scenery of high mountains, which we enjoyed from our room balcony. The experience is very intimate, with lovely fine dining onsite, which we enjoyed with champagne and appetisers to start in the garden and listened the the sounds of the mountains, the cow bells and the turning historic water well which is part of Auberge du Moulin de Léré. The owners have created a personalised experience for every guest so that after a day out sightseeing you come home to enjoy seeing the chef pick fresh herbs in the garden, pick local flowers from their plot to add to exquisite dishes which they hand craft every evening. Well done and thank you for a wonderful 5 days xxx”
“An absolutely perfect stay once again. Our hosts were so friendly and attentive. The food is just amazing-all fresh, local, organic with a choice of organic wines. The location is beautiful with only sounds of the babbling brook and cowbells. The rooms are individual, very comfortable, well equipped with views of the mountains from our balcony. Excellent breakfast too. Can't fault this place.”
