“The property is located very conveniently not far from the metro stations of 4 lines. It is within a 30-minute walk from the Hermitage Museum, as well as from the Moscow railway station. It is basically on the bank of one of the river canals and quite near one of the main boulevards. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helping and gave us very good practical tourist tips (on restaurants, money exchange, etc.). They gave us excellent support with visa and registration matters. The room was renovated and very clean and the bathroom facilities were absolutely new. I liked the fact that we could have coffee and tea anytime, for free.”
