“Breakfast was good with lots of options. The rooms were large and the location was great (in Wenceslas Square, near Old Town). The crib was already in the room when we arrived. They provided a welcome drink (orange juice or sangria) and brought around "Good Night" chocolates. There are two elevators, which was nice with a stroller.”

“Location was the key bonus for this hotel - we had front door access to the Christmas markets and could walk to all of the tourist spots easily in a day. They also did a great job keeping our non-smoking room smoke smell free, which had to be a tough feat and the room itself was HUGE. We even had a chaise lounge and a whirlpool bathtub!”

“The general location is great. But it is a part of a casino. The guests in the next door casino are looking weird and the place are not looking safe.”
“Front desk staff could have been friendly or at least smile. Breakfast was good. Free welcome drink should be what you want and not sugar water sangria. Cleaning staff was great.”
