“The one croissant was one day old and had a greasy taste, bread came out of the refridgerator and was ice cold and hard as rock, coffee was lukewarm, coffee cream was cold, jam was undistinguishable and was liquid, the 2 peaces of butter were underweight (approx. 5 grams each), the supplied two thin napkins were not fit to be called napkins and had to be replaced by toilet paper (which fortunately was there in abundance) ... not recommendable”
