“It is perfectly located if you want to enjoy the sunrise and the sunset, has a very friendly staff , and comfortable mattress. Water is continuously flowing , with a heater in the shower. Front desk are very helpful whatever you ask them, and the guards are also friendly. It is perfectly situated at the end of the night market , so it is very accessible if you want to enjoy the street foods and buy some very cheap clothes.”

“I was disappointed. There was no towel that was provided. How sad! No clean rugs to wipe off drippings from the bath. Water heater for coffee not working or broken and shower heater was working but filled with salt residue on the shower head. Rug was dirty. TV CATV was not functioning. What's wrong with you ALU HOTEL??”
“I arrived early at the hotel due to my flight and they allowed me to check-in at 7:00 am so I can rest before my activities without any additional fees. On duty receptionists and staff were accommodating and very helpful during my stay.”

“We were very much satisfied during our stay. From the staff, the room, foods and everything. We dont have any bad experience and they even help us on how to get to specific place. Its not that fancy but its comfortable to stay. The location os great because the night market and the Adevinco Shopping Center is just a few steps which my mom really enjoyed. “The room I got was 507 standard double room. The bed was super comfortable, the room was spacious, they have elevator which is convenient for guest like me who have a lot of baggage. The air con works perfectly well. The staffs we're really friendly and approachable, the guard even took time getting taxi for us. And the breakfast is SUPERB which can be delivered directly to your room.(thumbs up) although their comfort room is quite small, it's still nice coz it's really clean and complete with towel, tissue, shampoo, soap and a small trash bin. The location is really accessible to the city.”
